Refund Policy
Last updated 3 September 2026. Refund, cancellation, proration, and credit terms for Zntrix Commerce subscriptions.
1. Scope and Paddle
This Refund Policy applies to paid Zntrix Commerce workspace subscriptions. Zntrix is a brand operated by Elijah Espela, an individual based in the Philippines. Paddle acts as merchant of record for applicable subscription transactions and processes checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, subscription billing, and approved refunds under its own terms and policies.
This Policy describes the additional voluntary refund terms offered by Zntrix. It does not reduce any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, chargeback, or other right that cannot legally be waived or that Paddle must provide under its then-current mandatory buyer terms or payment rules.
2. Free Business trials
An approved Zntrix Business trial lasts 14 calendar days, requires no payment card, creates no paid subscription, and does not automatically create a charge. Because no trial payment is taken, there is no trial payment to refund. Unused trial time has no cash or credit value.
The dealer-facing portal is paused at the exact trial expiry time or if the trial is canceled early. Ending a free trial does not create a refund or credit.
3. Fourteen-day first-payment guarantee
Zntrix voluntarily offers a full refund of the first paid subscription charge for a workspace when an authorized Customer requests it within 14 calendar days after that charge. The guarantee applies whether the initial subscription is monthly or annual.
The voluntary guarantee is available once per Customer, business, or workspace and does not restart because a Customer creates another workspace, begins another trial, changes plans, changes billing intervals, cancels and resubscribes, or otherwise recreates substantially the same subscription relationship. We may decline a repeated request intended to circumvent this one-time limit, without limiting mandatory legal or Paddle rights.
To request the refund, email support@zntrix.com from an authorized account and provide the workspace name and enough Paddle receipt or transaction information for us to identify the charge. We may verify account authority and transaction details before approving a voluntary refund.
4. How approved refunds are processed
When Zntrix approves a refund under this Policy, the refund is submitted and processed through Paddle rather than paid directly by Zntrix outside the Paddle transaction. The time for funds to appear depends on Paddle, the original payment method, banking networks, and applicable payment rules.
A full refund of the initial paid subscription ends the paid entitlement associated with that refunded purchase unless Paddle or Zntrix expressly confirms otherwise. The dealer-facing portal may therefore be paused, and the workspace then follows the data-retention lifecycle described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want the subscription to renew. Cancellation normally stops the next recurring charge while paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation by itself does not refund the current period.
Renewal charges are normally non-refundable under Zntrix’s voluntary policy. We may approve an exception for a duplicate charge, billing error, documented service issue, fraud, or other exceptional circumstance. Mandatory rights under applicable law and Paddle’s applicable buyer or payment rules remain unaffected.
6. Upgrades and proration
A paid plan upgrade may take effect immediately. Paddle may calculate the unused value of the current plan and charge the prorated difference for the remaining portion of the billing period. The billing preview or confirmation presented when the change is made controls the actual amount and effective date.
A prorated upgrade charge is an adjustment to an existing subscription and does not create a new 14-day first-payment guarantee. Upgrade adjustments are normally non-refundable except for a billing error, an approved exception, or a right required by applicable law or Paddle.
7. Downgrades and account credits
Where a downgrade is available through Paddle or Zntrix Support, Paddle may calculate a prorated adjustment based on the timing of the change. The effective date and amount shown by the billing flow at confirmation control.
If a downgrade produces an excess amount in the Customer’s favor, that amount may be recorded as account credit for future eligible subscription charges. Such credit is not cash, has no independent cash value, and is not redeemable or refundable for money merely because the Customer later cancels, does not renew, or does not use the credit. Any mandatory right under applicable law or Paddle’s rules overrides this voluntary no-cash-refund treatment.
Available credit is applied according to Paddle’s billing rules, including applicable currency and transaction restrictions. Zntrix does not promise that credits can be transferred between Customers, workspaces, currencies, or unrelated Paddle accounts.
8. Plan limits, suspension, and unused time
Unused subscription time, unused plan capacity, unused media allowance, unused product capacity, unused staff or dealer capacity, or a decision not to use a paid feature does not by itself create a refund. Suspension for a Customer’s material breach, abuse, security risk, or unlawful conduct also does not automatically create a refund.
Nothing in this section limits a refund or remedy that applicable law requires because of a qualifying service defect or another non-waivable right.
9. Dealer and supplier transactions are not covered
Zntrix does not collect the purchase price of goods that a supplier sells to its dealers or customers. Payments, deposits, returns, credits, warranties, and refunds relating to those goods are solely between the supplier and its customer and are not covered by this Zntrix subscription Refund Policy.
10. Fraud, payment disputes, and legal rights
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support@zntrix.com promptly so we can investigate with Paddle. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback does not expand Zntrix’s voluntary refund guarantee and may cause the related subscription or workspace access to be restricted while the transaction is reviewed.
Zntrix’s voluntary refund rules do not limit mandatory statutory rights. Paddle may process, approve, deny, reverse, or otherwise administer a transaction or refund where its merchant-of-record obligations, buyer terms, fraud controls, card-network rules, payment-provider requirements, or applicable law require it.
